2009-2010 4-H Award Application
Complete this application if you want to compete for Outstanding 4-H Club Member, where you will be honored at the banquet in May. It's also the form to complete if you want to attend 4-H Camp ( fourth- to sixth-graders) or 4-H LOST Camp (seventh- and eighth-graders) next summer. Just fill out one application and check the appropriate line on the front of the form concerning the activity you are interested in. Completed forms are due at the 4-H Office on Friday, April 16, 2010, by 4:30 p.m. |
Garden Contest Application
It's time to plant your garden. This contest is open to all 4-H members, regardless of project enrollment. Anyone interested in participating in the contest needs to complete the application and return it to the 4-H Office at 1105 W. Port Street in Abbeville. A gardening clinic will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. in the 4-H office meeting room. |
