Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 1 quart water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell, chopped
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 (10 ¾ oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14 ½ oz.) chicken broth
- 1 (l lb) package processed cheese food, cubed
In a large pot combine water, onion, and bell peppers. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add broccoli and cook until tender. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
