For years Lou Altazan Brown, retired LSU AgCenter agent in nutrition, shared her featured recipes on the "Jambalaya" television program on News Channel 5 in Alexandria, La. Each month Lou brought viewers nutrition information and provided audiences with recipes for the commodity represented.
