Ingredients:2 cups cooked turkey, diced1 cup celery, chopped½ cup blanched, slivered almonds1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced2 TBSP grated onion1 tsp salt1 can water chestnuts, diced2 TBSP lemon juice1 TBSP pimento½ to 1 cup light mayonnaise4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese½ to 1 cup bread crumbs¼ cup melted butter
Combine all but last three ingredients. Place in a 9x13 baking dish, top with cheese. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs. Top dish with bread crumb/butter mixture. Bake, uncovered at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
