Grape and Walnut Salad

2 pounds each of red and green grapes, cut in half
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped and toasted walnuts (pecans can be used as well)
3/4 cup brown sugar

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Pour over cleaned and dry grapes and mix. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Use low-fat cream cheese and fat-free sour cream for a lighter salad..
