Guacamole in a Bag

“Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins and folic acid. They also act as a "nutrient booster" by enabling the body to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients, such as alpha and beta-carotene and lutein, in foods that are eaten with the fruit.” California Avocado Commission, 2009.

2 medium size ripe avocados - Peeled and pitted
½ cup diced fresh tomatoes
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoons grated Parmesan
2 cloves minced garlic Dash of hot sauce
¼ teaspoon white pepper (optional)

Put all ingredients into a zip top plastic bag and kneed with hands until mixed well. Serve with fresh veggies and/or whole wheat tortilla chips. Enjoy!
