Nathanael Williams and Jasper Williams, 4-H FFF members, register Daijah Cobb at the 4-H Egg Cookery.

On Saturday, November 10, 2007, at The Cottonport Bank Community Center, the 4-H Program held its annual Egg and Seafood Cookery Contest. This contest consisted of categories such as: Egg Main Dish, Dessert, and Salad/Appetizer. It also included seafood dishes including Oyster, Crab, Crawfish, Fish & Other, and Shrimp. This event was a success due to the help of the Pointe Coupee Parish 4-H Fashion, Food, & Fitness (FFF) Board. The members who contributed their time, hard work, and dedication to get the event to its successful state are as follows: Kayla Bergeron, Maddy Barbay, Ciara Collins, Shanetria Pierson, Katherine Robillard, Alanna Williams, Jasper Williams, and Nathanael Williams. These members set up stations, registered dishes, assisted the judges, and were dedication to their duty as a Fashion, Food, & Fitness member. We thank all judges, parents, and members that participated and helped out at the Seafood & Egg Cookery Contest. The winners of the contest were recognized with ribbons and special prizes. The 4-H Fashion, Food, & Fitness Board continues to be winners of the community and the club.
