Smart Portions Class
Smart Portions is an educational program that will help you achieve and mantain a healthy weight based on lifestyle changes such as following MyPyramid food groups and portion size guidelines, engaging in regular physical activity and focusing on healthy weight. LSU AgCenter agent Cathy Judd, the instructor, is joining with Volunteers of America to bring this class together. If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Judd at (318) 251-5134.
