Lincoln Parish 4-H Has Gone to the Dogs!

Lincoln Parish 4-H has gone to the dogs -- the bulldogs that is. We are focusing our 2011 educational programming on cyberbullying to help the youth of Lincoln Parish avoid becoming a victim.
