Q – What is the difference between fruits and vegetables?

A – Seeds make the difference. Any fleshy part of a plant that grows from a flower is called its“fruit.” If this part contains seeds, like an orange, an apple, a peach, or even a tomato, is considered a fruit. If it has no seeds, like broccoli, lettuce, or carrots – it is considered a vegetable.
