Strehle 4-H Members learn to "Get Fit"
Childhood obesity rates in the United States have grown tremendously. Strehle 4-H members learned the importance of getting fit by practicing three types of exercise: aerobic, anaerobic, and flexability. 4-H Agent Chantel J. Williams demonstrated how to get in shape and stay in shape without having to go to the gym. 4-H memebers learned how to use a resistance band, free weights, and stretching techniques. | | 4-Her's stretch muscles to avoid injury. |
