All entries must be registered at fairgrounds on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tuesday, October 4, 2011

• No livestock will be permitted in the barn until Friday morning, October 7, 2011.
• 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. -- Entries must be made in Fairgrounds Office, 337-824-8181, including poultry, rabbits, livestock, agriculture and homemaking entries.
• 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. --  School booths may be set up

• 8:00 a.m. - Noon – Petting Farm (by appointment only)
• 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. -- Petting Farm
• 6:30 p.m. - Talent show, Fairgrounds Arena 

Thursday, October 6, 2011

• 9:00 a.m. -- Judging of agricultural and homemaking exhibits, and booths
• 8:00 a.m. -- Noon - Petting Farm (by appointment only)
• 1:00 p.m. -- 3:00 p.m. – Petting Farm
• 8:00 p.m. -- Queen's Pageant, Fairgrounds

Friday, October 7, 2011

• 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. -- All livestock, poultry and rabbits must be in barn
• 9:00 a.m. – Parade
• 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. -- Needlework Demonstrations, Multipurpose Building
• Noon -- Judging of Swine and Dairy
• Noon -- Judging of Sheep and Goats
• Noon -- Judging of Beef
• 1:00 p.m. -- Judging of Poultry and Rabbits
• 8:00 p.m. – All poultry, rabbits and livestock must be out of the barn.

• 10:00 a.m. -- Antique Tractor and Lawnmower Pull

Monday, October 10, 2011

• Noon - 5:00 p.m. - All exhibits must be picked up at Fairgrounds Multi-Purpose Building.
• 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. -- All educational booths must be removed.
