The annual Journey Into Jobs was held December 1, 2011, at Sugarland Elementary School in New Iberia, La. This contest is open to all 4-H members in grades 4-12.

The Iberia 4-H Junior Leader Newsline Newsletter provides information to Junior Leader members about educational programs service-learning activities, other events and monthly deadlines. The newsletters are published from September to May.

Three stalks make an exhibit and you may enter an exhibit in as many classes as you wish. All exhibitors of sugarcane must have had five or more acres of sugarcane on their farming operation in 2010.

Results of the Acadiana District 4-H Horse Show was held June 30-July 2, 2011, at the SugArena in New Iberia, La.

Iberia Parish results from the 2011 State 4-H Livestock Show held Feb. 12-19, 2011, at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales, La. 4-H'ers from Iberia parish were well represented. Species shown were beef, goat, lamb, poultry and swine.
