Mrs. James' class at Verda Elementary participated in the Smart Bodies program during the 2006-2007 school year. Being the first to complete the fruit and vegetable tracking chart, they received an hour of fun from Quincy Cheek, Extension Agent with the LSU AgCenter. The hour included lessons and games on My Pyramid and Take Ten Physical Activity!
