2011-2012 Newsletters
The Franklin Parish 4-H newsletters are a great place to find out information about upcoming events, deadlines and contests. We are always eager to post information about members who participate in contests, take part in special activities or anything else that promotes 4-H. The newsletters also include a calendar of events, nutrition tips and many other topics of interest.

This issue includes summer highlights, as well as updates on 4-H University, summer camp and reward trips.
October 2011
Includes information on Area Leader Forum, Leaf ID Contest, Holiday Foods Festival Cookery Contest, Pumpkin Workshop, National 4-H Week, Horse Club, and broiler chick order form.
November 2011
Contains club meeting dates, contest entry deadlines, clubs of the month as well as nutrition using MyPlate.
January 2012
Lists winners in Holiday Foods Festival Cookery Contest and Leaf Identification Contest, announcement for Challenge Camp sign-up, and January and February calendar of events.
February 2012
Details information for entering the Beef Poster Contest, Paws for Poetry Contest, and Ambassador Talk Contest, as well as registration information for 4-H University, Summer Camp and Challenge Camp.
March 2012
This issue contains information about registration for 4-H U, Summer Camp and Challenge. Also featured is information about qualifying for the Louisiana 4-H Horse Show and Pet Show.
