"What's Cookin' ?"
Tyler Duchesne was a guest on KNOE TV 8's "What's Cookin'?" with Stacy Thorton. Tyler prepared a dish on the show and helped respond to callers as they tried to guess the name of his recipe. Tyler was eligible to appear on the show after winning "Best of Show" at the 4-H Holiday Foods Festival.

Fashion, Food and Fitness Club
Members of the Fashion, Food and Fitness Club had the opportunity to freeze model during Ag Expo held at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center in West Monroe. The public who visited the Ag Expo on Janaury 18 saw some of our Caldwell 4-H'ers show off their modeling skills. Prior to this event, members had to freeze model for Mayor Carmen Head and Tonyah Meredith of Mr. Klean Cleaners before being eligible to model at Ag Expo. These 4-H'ers included Nealy McCoy, Sara Warren, Kaitlyn McCaa, Presley Hendrix, Kirsten Carson, Jaime Wallace and Meagan McCaa.

Junior Leader Club
During the holidays, members of the 4-H Junior Leader Club visited residents at the Haven Nursing Home and distributed Christmas ornaments they made prior to the event. Afterwards, the Junior Leaders traveled to Johnny's Pizza for the Junior Leader Christmas Social. The next Junior Leader meeting will be Wednesday, February 20 from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. at the Haven Nursing Home.

LEADERSHIP
Differences exist among everyone and must be recognized.
We do not always like or understand other people's differences.
Differences can be positive.
When we accept people's differences, we benefit from their strength's and a greater understanding of the people we are trying to lead.

Character Corner
This month's pillar of Character is Fairness.
To be fair we must . . . . . . .
  Play by the rules.
  Take turns and share.
  Be open-minded; listen.
  Don't blame carelessly.
Don't take advantage of people's mistakes and weaknesses.
