Character Corner: Respect and Caring
Respect consists of four components - courtesy, the Golden Rule, tolerance and acceptance and nonviolence. Caring consists of two components - concern for others and charity. Kindness, compassion, understanding and helping are ways to be caring.

Milk Matters
Did you know that your body builds nearly half its bones between ages 11 and 19? Be sure to get enough calcium now to help your body make strong bones. Milk is the best drink to help you build strong bones because it gives your body calcium and vitamin D.
