Garments are due in the 4-H office by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 25. A personal data form, available at the 4-H office, must be submitted with garment.

A. Fashion Revue
Divisions
1. Apron
2. Tops or Bottoms
Garments will be judged on construction which will be 40% of the score. Appearance judging will be 60% of the score.
B. Sew With Cotton
Complete outfit (Dress, pants and blouse, skirt and blouse, etc.)
A complete outfit is defined as an outfit that can stand alone. All pieces of the outfit must be constructed by the 4-H'er wearing the outfit.
Sew with Cotton garment must be 100% cotton.
Exceptions: Lining, interfacing and trim may be any compatible fabric. Thread, zipper, buttons and elastic may be any suitable type. Quilted fabrics are acceptable if outer fabric is 100% cotton.

Rules
1. Shirts to be decorated may be purchased ready-made or be hand-made. If hand-made, shirts should be made by the 4-H'er.
2. Any type of shirt may be used.
3. Shirts may be decorated using fabric paint or any other suitable method. All shirts are to be decorated by the 4-H'er.
4. Price of shirt and price of decoration (design) must be included on personal data sheet.
Scorecard
40 points Quality of design -- Durability, neatness of work, etc.
20 points Originality and creativity of design
20 points Quality of shirt -- Construction, fiber content, etc.
10 points Total price of shirt -- Cost of shirt plus decoration, affordable
10 points Appearance for judges and attendance in style show
100 points Total
