The LSU AgCenter Child Care Provider Training, Pathways and CDA Certification

· The LSU AgCenter Child Care Provider Classes are Pathways Certified and taught by a Pathways certified trainer.

· Health and Safety Classes and Food Safety Classes are periodically scheduled through the LSU AgCenter.

· Parenting Classes are offered and are scheduled as needed for individuals, child care provider centers, Mom’s Day Out programs, etc.

· Begin your CDA with the LSU AgCenter now. Each class is 4 credit hours, and the cost is $10 per class.

Registration Instructions for Classes

· Classes are payable in nonrefundable money order only made payable to: LSU AgCenter CCPT.

· To receive class certificate immediately at the conclusion of a class you attend, registration and money order is required at least one week in advance of the session. ( If registration and money order is not received prior to class, allow a minimum of two weeks to receive certificate via U.S. mail.)

· For CDA classes, state on registration form the CDA Area (Infant/Toddler or Preschool) in which you are enrolled.

· When you send in registration you should have the following two items – (1.) Completed registration form (cut page off from schedule) and (2.) Money order for the total amount owed for the classes for which you registered.
