A $500 scholarship will be awarded to a Beauregard Parish graduating senior pursuing an agriculture-related degree at a four-year college in Louisiana.

Foods Field Day #2 Commodity Cookery Contest will be held at the War Memorial Civic Center on February 12, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. Foods Field Day #2 contest will feature tasty recipes consisting of Egg, Poultry, Rice, or Pecan dishes.
