CMS integrates a comprehensive thesaurus provided and updated by AgNIC that compare terms authors enter as keywords to those found in the thesaurus. The CMS offers possibly related keywords that authors may choose to add or reject in addition to those already specified. The alternatives are derived from relating the User Keywords to the AgNIC thesaurus. The more keywords associated with a Web page or posting, the easier it is to find the information within CMS and from search engines used across the Internet.

To initiate a Standardized Keywords search, click on the Load Keywords button. The search results are listed in a pop-up window.
