Fall 2009 Meat & Poultry Roundtable

The LSU Agricultural Center’s Meat & Poultry Roundtable is a meeting of industry, regulators and academics to discuss topics of current interest in an informal setting. Some meetings feature a presentation on a pre-announced topic. Questions on issues of concern or for clarification are encouraged from the participants (or questions may be sent in to Dr. Bankston in advance, and he will ask the questions at the meeting). The meeting is free and open to any interested individual.

The Roundtable discussion will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, in 212 Efferson Hall (at the corner of E. Parker & Highland Road).
