Audubon's faculty, Dr. Donal Day, presented this PowerPoint slideshow entitled, "Ethanol from Sugar Cane as a Renewable Fuel" to a group of students in a newly introduced Bioethics course at St. Joseph's Academy in Baton Rouge in August 2006.

Dr. Donal Day was invited to teach a section on Bioethanol in a bioethics course at St. Joseph’s Academy in Baton Rouge. The class is a recent addition to the science program at St. Joseph's and isalso made available for Catholic High students as well. Guest speakers are featured to cover topics of current interest and relevance to decisions that shape today’s world.
