The Louisiana Master Gardener 2009 State Conference offers a unique opportunity for merchants, artists and craftsmen to promote their plants, gardening products and art to over 300 avid gardeners and horticulture professionals.
LMG09 will be held May 21-24, 2009, at the Hilton New Orleans Airport Hotel in Kenner, Louisiana. Exhibit space will be open to attendees from noon Thursday, May 21, 2009, until noon Saturday, May 23, 2009. All refreshment breaks including a three-hour Jazz Reception Friday evening, May 22, will be held in the exhibit area to maximize your exposure to conference attendees.
Twenty-six exhibit spaces are available in the Rivertown, Athchafalaya and Barataria rooms at the Hilton New Orleans Airport Hotel. The exhibitor package includes:
- one exhibit space
- one skirted, 6-foot table
- one chair
- your company name listed in LMG09 conference program
- one refreshment/event pass (includes all conference meals and refreshments but excludes tours)
- electrical outlet (available in most exhibit spaces)
The basic exhibitor package costs $295 but is discounted at $250 through February 27, 2009. Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of fee.
Ads in the conference programs are also available for an additional fee. The deadline to submit ad copy is March 31, 2009. Other promotional opportunities include items and discount coupons for conference bags.
