VENDOR APPLICATION

All spaces subject to L’auberge Exhibitor/Vendor Guidelines:

1.Tables are 6’x3’, dressed with white table cloths and black skirting. Vendor space is limited to table top (nothing in walk space) and 6’ from wall (6’x6’ vendor space). Space is limited to 2 persons per vendor space.

2.Vendors in outside courtyard may bring own display setup. Must be appropriate for plant sales – unprotected from weather. 2 persons to each space (if possible).

3.Vendors must set up space starting 8 a.m. finishing by 10 a.m.on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, and left in place until conference closes at noon on Friday, October 26, 2012.

4.Reservations are made with check payable to SWLA Master Gardeners/2012 Conference. See registration options below.

Vendor Registration Options:

1. Full Registration of $150 includes conference registration and one meal ticket. Additional meal ticket is available for $50. A meal ticket covers reception on Wed. night; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday; breakfast on Friday. Please include a regular conference registration form (found here), in addition to form in related files below.

2.Vendor Registration of $100 is limited to vendors and does NOT include meals. Please fill the form found below in the related files and mail it and check to the address below.
