Musa 'Ice Cream' (Blue Java)
Ice Cream is a cold-tolerant banana hardy to Zone 8 and maybe lower. It will grow to 15 feet and will tolerate strong winds. The leaves are silver-green. The medium-sized fruit of Ice Cream has a vanilla, white flesh and is considered one of the tastiest bananas.
