Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla, heated according to package directions
1 egg, scrambled
1 tablespoon prepared salsa
1 tablespoon grated cheese |
Directions: Lay warm tortilla on a dinner plate. Spread the cooked egg in the middle. Spoon the salsa on top of the egg. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold one side of the tortilla over the egg, then roll up.
