4-6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
½ cup skim milk
3 tablespoons margarine
salt and pepper |
1. Boil potatoes, drain.
2. Mash potatoes with a fork.
3. Heat milk and margarine together.
4. Mix potatoes with an electric beater, while adding the milk and margarine.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 4-6 servings. |
