Lesson 3: Balancing Your Lifestyle

Description:
Upon completion of Lesson 3, participants will understand the importance of weight control with diabetes and the role that portion sizes play in managing blood glucose levels and body weight. Guidelines for healthy snacking and making healthier choices when dining out will be covered as well. Participants will understand how physical activity benefits overall health and can help to manage diabetes.
