This 3-day course provides technicians and contractors with the information and method training needed to successfully perform safe and effective mold remediation -- with the goals of restoring and maintaining a healthy indoor environment and property protection. The course will cover industry standards and procedures as well as provide participants with a working knowledge of mold characteristics, moisture dynamics and building science principles that are crucial to both mold removal and control. Satisfactory completion of this 24- hour course fulfills the initial training requirement for a Mold Remediation Contractor license in the state of Louisiana.
