Description:
To help local communities rebuild and improve their neighborhoods, a series of local neighborhood workshops, called "charrettes," were held in Lake Charles, St. Bernard Parish and Vermilion Parish. People from each of the areas helped develop detailed plans for rebuilding their neighborhoods.
