Foundation Inspection

Here is a subterranean termite shelter tube constructed onto the side of the foundation.

To inspect the foundation for the presence of subterranean termites, simply walk around the structure, paying attention to the exposed concrete visible between the soil and the siding.

Look for shelter tubes on the surface of the foundation constructed by the termites. Also be on the lookout for common problem areas described on the following pages.
