Termites and other wood-destroying organisms can have devastating effects on our homes and buildings in our community. Therefore, it is very important to have these structures inspected periodically for active infestations as well as conditions which could contribute to an infestation in the future. Based on the the information obtained, the inspector can make treatment recommendations and advise the property owner on remediation measures.

The tools needed for a termite inspection are:
  • Bright flashlight
  • A probe such as screwdriver

  Optional equipment:

  • Moisture meter
  • Coveralls
  • Ladder
  • Shovel
  • Infrared camera
