Description: This paper empirically tests a theoretical model that makes the connection between organizational resources and capabilities and successful IICT adoption. Results suggest that, in addition to a robust information technology (IT) infrastructure, investment in organizational change management, the ability to sense changes in the technology environment, development of managerial IT knowledge, and a culture of freely shared internal information are key to a company's IICT development.
