Lafayette Members Teach Fishing Clinic
The three AWCC AmeriCorps members serving in Lafayette assisted the local 4-H Club with a wetland-themed education day and fishing clinic. The members led the club members through a variety of hands-on wetland education lessons and taught the kids about the importance of wetlands as a fish habitat. | | Micah Leonard demonstrates how runoff from our neighborhoods can potentially harm the wetlands using the Enviroscape model. |
