2008 AWCC Trash Bash at Lake D'Arbonne State Park
On October 13, approximately 18 AWCC members from around the state came together to clean up Lake D'Arbonne State Park. The members picked up trash along the many trails across the state park and also went "deep sea fishing" for trash out in Lake D'Arbonne via canoes. Trash cleanups are a relatively simple way of preventing non point source pollution and bettering the water quality. We would like to thank everybody at Lake D'Arbonne State Park for giving us an opportunity to clean up your beautiful state park.
