The LSU AgCenter hosted the Louisiana Biofuels and Bioprocessing Summit September 11-12, 2012.

Building a Business Case for Louisiana

The objective of the summit was to strengthen Louisiana’s agricultural industries and provide a vision for enhancing our state’s profile in the emerging biofuels and bioprocessing area.

Our overall goal was for participants to understand what Louisiana can offer in terms of:

  • feedstock
  • scientific research
  • labor
  • state government incentives
  • other resources
