(Radio News 02/21/11) Three graduate assistants in the LSU AgCenter’s food science department hope their Ze-Ti will win the final round of a competition.Their product concept is a shelf-stable bubble tea -- a tea-based drink that contains real tea, natural fruit puree and tapioca pearls.
