(Video 09/03/07) Many Louisiana gardeners like to grow culinary herbs and use those fresh herbs in their cooking. Mexican oregano is a good herb for our area. It’s native to South Texas and northern Mexico. It generally grows in a drier climate than ours but does remarkably well in Louisiana.
