Maintain animals for research and teaching; enforce health program (vaccine, deworm, hoof care, etc.); maintain nutritional program for animals; manage pastures and hay fields; manage feeding and supplement program; purchase and dispose of animals; maintain and repair facility and equipment; purchase feed, farm supplies, equipment and research supplies; transport and assist with furnishing animals for Animal Science classes, Judging team, 4-H, and FFA. contests; assist with research, data collection and guiding graduate students; maintain accurate animal and equipment inventory; keep accurate financial records of horse farm budgeted funds; serve as Central Stations purchasing coordinator.
