Education/Training Dr. Eddie Funderburg of The Samual Roberts Noble Foundation. He received a B.S. in Vocational Agriculture from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston (1977), and a M.S. in Agronomy - Soil Fertility (1982) and doctorate in Education (1984) from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
Eddie worked as Assistant County Agent with the Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service from 1977-81. He was the state Soils and Fertilizer Specialist with the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service from 1984-90. He then served as state Soils and Fertilizer Specialist with the Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service from 1990-2000. Eddie joined the Noble Foundation in Ardmore, Ok, as the Soils and Crops Specialist with NF-2 in November 2000.

Areas of Specialization/Research Eddie has conducted numerous on-farm research projects examining fertilizer rates, sources, timing and soil test calibration. |
Professional Experience Eddie has broad experiences in agriculture, including soil testing, irrigation water quality, soil fertility and fertilization of most crops and nutrient management planning.
