Areas of Specialization/Research
Coordinate all farming activities at the plant science unit; collect land use requests, and make land assignments; supervise all land preparation for research and crop production; maintain and repair equipment and facilities; purchase parts and supplies for farm maintenance and research; supervise the application of fertilizer and pesticides throughout the growing season; coordinate the production of cash crops on unassigned land; maintain accurate equipment inventories.
