The Hammond Research Station and Tangipahoa Parish Master Gardener's will present the fall 2008 edition of "Gardener's Night Out" at the Hammond Research Station, 21549 Old Covington Highway, Hammond on Friday October 17th. Come hear LSU AgCenter weed specialist Ron Strahan discuss home landscape weed control. Dinner will be provided by the Tangipahoa Parish Master Gardeners for $8. In addition to Strahan's presentation, attendees can stroll the grounds and view bedding plant and related trial garden research.
