Officers and Government
The International Society is governed by (a) an Executive Committee composed of a President, a President-Elect, a Secretary, a Treasurer, an Historian, and an Immediate Past President; and by (b) a Legislative Council composed of the members of the Executive Committee and one delegate designated by chapter officers from each local chapter. The Legislative Council meets at least once every two years. The members of the Executive Committee are elected by the Legislative Council at the Biennial Conclave for a term of two years. The Executive Committee meets annually or at the call of the President.
