| The Foundation will facilitate the transfer and commercialization of university intellectual property to the marketplace for the benefit of the University, the individual inventors and the Louisiana economy. The Foundation shall provide proactive leadership, direction and support in this process, and align its research endeavors with the economic need to enhance the competitiveness of existing businesses, develop new enterprises and create new jobs in Louisiana . |
