This page contains template forms for invention disclosures, material transfer agreements, confidentiality agreements, PM-11 and PM-67. These are sample agreements provided for informational purposes. Given the often-unique nature of the technology and information exchanged under such agreements, the Office of Intellectual Property respectfully requests that LSU AgCenter faculty or other interested parties contact the OIP directly.
