Focus on the Budget

Since 2008, the LSU AgCenter has been impacted by shortfalls in state revenue, leading to multiple budget reductions and downsizing of personnel and services provided to the public. Recently, federal funding has been threatened, adding concern about our ability to continue programs and services. This site will provide the latest information on the AgCenter’s state and federal budgets and keep you abreast of legislative happenings. For additional information you can contact Hampton Grunewald at (225) 578-4967.
