The annual LSU AgCenter Retirees Luncheon will take place at noon on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the LSU Union Royal Cotillion Ballroom. Recent retirees will be honored for their dedicated service to Louisiana. Dr. Bobby Soileau, Director of the Ag Leadership Development Program, will emcee this special program sponsored by the Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation, Inc; Bayer CropScience; Peoples Health; St. James Place; Campus Federal Credit Union; Dell, Inc.; Gowan Company; Louisiana Forestry Association; and Terral Seed, Inc. During the luncheon, guests will hear remarks by LSU AgCenter Chancellor Dr. William B. Richardson and guest speaker Dr. Daniel J. Gill, LSU AgCenter professor and horticulturist in the School of Plant, Environmental, and Soil Sciences. Retirees will be individually recognized and presented gifts in appreciation of their contributions to Louisiana.
