This year’s annual promotion and tenure informational meeting will be Wednesday, May 28, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. It will be offered by distance education. The host site will be 214 Efferson Hall. Receiving sites will be Jefferson, Acadia, Dean Lee, Winnsboro, and Red River.

The first part of the training covers the overall process and policy. The second part focuses on unit head responsibilities (department head, regional director, resident director, resident coordinator, parish chair, etc.). The program is open to all faculty and unit heads. Faculty members who anticipate submitting a P&T request this year are strongly encouraged to attend with their unit head.
