Assistant/Associate/Extension Agent Application Instructions

Special streamlined procedures apply to the assistant/associate/extension agent advertised positions because they all have the same application instructions and application package. You may submit the entire application package and it will remain on file for one year. During that year, you may apply for individual extension agent positions simply by sending a separate cover letter including the job number and indicating that your application package is on file. The application package must include the following:

• letter of application (stating the Job Number)
• extension faculty employment application form - PDF or Word
• transcripts from all colleges /universities
• two letters of recommendation
