Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This program,
handled through contract with Family Managed Care (FMC), provides employees and
their immediate family members (spouse and children) with easy access to
confidential assistance for personal and work-related problems that can affect
their lives such as financial and family problems, alcohol and drug abuse,
stress, and mental illness.
- The
plan allows employees and their immediate family members up to three
counseling sessions per year with a trained mental healthcare provider.
- There
is no charge to the employee
- Access
the EAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 225-765-7874 or
toll-free at 1-800-245-8332.
